COVID-19 requirements for Ontario are changing, beginning 21 March 22 masking and screening requirements are no longer required to be enforced (outside of LTC, Hospitals and other select areas), companies may continue to have internal procedures at their own discretion. Employers should inform employees as to which programs they will continue to enforce (or not) so that everyone within the organization is aware of the expectations moving forward.
